1. Our Goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as the reference for improving this website. The website has not been independently audited, and we do not claim that every page currently meets that standard.

2. What We Are Doing

• Reviewing pages and features as they are built or changed, including keyboard navigation, text alternatives for images, color contrast, form labels and focus visibility.
• Reviewing every accessibility concern reported to us and fixing barriers as quickly as we reasonably can.
• Providing the same real estate information and services by phone or email when part of the website is difficult to use.

3. Third-Party Content

Some content and features come from third parties, and we cannot fully control their accessibility:

• property listing descriptions and photos (SmartMLS and participating brokerages)
• maps
• the optional AI chat assistant (Perspective AI)

If any of these get in your way, contact us and we will provide the information another way.
